In such instances, you must purchase additional Web Support for us to complete your project. This service is available through the Buy Now button on this page and is purchasable in 4-hour blocks. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms on this page.

OzWebMagic Web Support may be purchased if you have a need for extra OzWebMagic Web Support to complete an existing website design and development project or to undertake a new custom web project as listed above. Our Web Support Service is available at a fixed hourly rate. and can be purchased in 4-hour blocks. During the ordering process, you may purchase any desired amount of support by setting the Quantity item to the number of 4-hour blocks you require.

For projects requiring product additions to online stores built by OzWebMagic, we allocate 30 minutes of development effort to add a new or replacement product. For 8 new or replacement product additions, you would order one 4-hour block. For 24 new or replacement products, you would order 3 x 4-hour blocks.

If you have a Custom Web Project and no idea of the time we will require to complete your project, please use our message form on the Enquiry page to seek a development time estimate and price quotation before ordering. No job is too large or small and we can handle most web projects. Any prepaid support you purchase can be used at a later date (within 12 months of purchase) for other development or website maintenance applications. No refunds will be made on Web Support purchases.
